About Beaufort Co

Introducing Beaufort Co, a laid-back cafe-style restaurant that quietly stands out in the Oteha area of Auckland, and one that feels easy to recommend the moment you walk in. Located at 52f Oteha Valley Road, Beaufort Co has that relaxed, welcoming energy that works just as well for a casual coffee stop as it does for a longer catch-up over food and drinks. The vibe leans firmly toward modern café culture, but there’s enough polish to make it feel like more than just a quick pit stop, which is part of its charm. I like how flexible the experience feels, because whether you’re in the mood to sit back and dine in, grab something to take away, enjoy outdoor seating on a good day, or even order delivery when convenience matters, the options are there without any fuss. The menu reflects that same balance, offering everything from well-made coffee and quick bites to prepared foods and small plates that are ideal for sharing. At the same time, the drinks selection adds another layer, with beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and alcohol options that suit both daytime and evening visits. What really works here is how naturally it caters to different preferences, including vegetarian options that don’t feel like an afterthought. Beaufort Co manages to feel social without being loud, casual without being careless, and familiar without being boring. It’s the kind of place where conversations flow easily, meetings feel less formal, and solo visits never feel awkward. Everything about the space, from the service style to the offerings, supports a smooth, unforced experience that fits right into everyday life in Auckland.

My wife and I had an amazing lunch experience!! Olga made sure that we were well looked after, checking in on us a few times and asking for our feedback on a recently launched menu item. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was important to the staff. Food & Drink We ordered a new white chocolate and pistachio iced drink, Cheeky Yorkie, Bacon butty w generous side of halloumi… and surprisingly the best decafe flat white that I’ve ever had. The dishes did not disappoint, they were very tasty indeed! We appreciate the diverse and more unique menu which doesn’t get too outrageous in pushing the envelope (as some other modern cafes do). Thing we appreciated: - On First Table app (half price food bill) - The music was not too loud, nor the road noise - we could easily hold conversation at a natural volume. - large bifold doors opened for a pleasant breeze during a summer day.

My first time here and the rain certainly didn’t keep people away! The place was busy, and while we did wait longer than expected, the staff were attentive and very apologetic. Our meals were generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious — so filling we couldn’t even fit in coffee! The cabinet food looked really impressive too -I’m keen to come back and try it one day. Thanks

Best ever cafe! The coffee is amazing. Their scones are to die for. All their bakeries are freshly made and their donuts look like they’ve come out a movie! 100% recommend.
